Jersey Tomato Peach Salsa

New Jersey, The Garden State, is known for its tomatoes, peaches and other Jersey Fresh™ produce. NJ has been breeding and growing tomatoes since the 1920's and is famous for the Rutgers and Ramapo tomato varieties. NJ's excellent growing conditions for peaches results in beautiful color and great taste. This recipe combines these fresh flavors for a yummy salsa — perfect for grilled fish or chicken or enjoyed with crudities or chips.
