Twice Baked Potatoes

Idaho is the power house for potatoes. Although many varieties are grown in Idaho, the Russet Burbank is by far the most popular and produced potato. Idaho has perfect conditions for growing potatoes. Its mild growing season in the summer paired with rich, light soil and high elevations create an ideal potato growing environment. Although the potato can be prepared in many ways, we have chosen a baked potato variation for our recipe.
