Leadership for Tomorrow: Strategies for Resurgence Conference The Ohio State University Extension's Leadership for Tomorrow Conference features outstanding speakers who will address today's leadership challenges including time, energy, capacity, and perspective. Attendees will learn innovative ways to handle today's challenges with focus, resilience, and sensitivity. In tough economic times, true leadership is developed and essential to the survival of all organizations. Resurgence has been defined as "a rising again into life, activity or prominence." General sessions will focus on leadership skills and strategies needed when the economy rebounds and recovers, emphasizing personal examples and thought processes about how to reinvent, re-create, and re-energize oneself, one's business, and one's employees.
