Transportation

Big Sky Resort is located approximately one hour (less than 50 miles) from the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN) and the northwest entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Most transportation services conveniently deliver guests to the front door of the Huntley Lodge, Shoshone Condominiums and the Yellowstone Conference Center for check-in. Bellmen are available to assist guests with their luggage at the resort.

NEAFCS has negotiated a discounted shuttle service through Karst Stage from the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport to the Big Sky Resort.  A round trip shuttle is $68.52 (adult) and one way fare of $43.31 (does not include the $2 per adult Airport Tax).  The child’s (3-12 years) rate would be $35.24 round trip and $21.64 one way (does not include the $2 Airport Tax).  Infants up to two years old would be charged $2 for the Airport Tax.  Book online at www.karststage.com.

Their counter is conveniently located inside the passenger terminal in Ground Transportation. Karst Stage serves all arriving and departing flights at the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport seven days a week, although they do not have a shuttle departing after every arriving flight. In order to offer a special conference rate a reasonable wait may be necessary after some flights. Reservations are required by 9/9/2016 and should be made on their web site www.karststage.com; begin with Get a Quote on their home page. NO other shuttle or taxi service is available at the Bozeman Airport without advance reservations.

Inquiries can by made at contact airport@karststage.com. To qualify for the conference rate be sure to select NEAFCS from the drop list under the Group or conference box when you get a price quote to start your reservation on their home page. All online reservations will be confirmed by email. It is recommended that you print your confirmation letter, read it carefully for accuracy and take it with you when you travel. Total trip cost paid online does not include a driver's gratuity.

Please call 800-287-4759 if you encounter a delay or cancellation en route to Bozeman.

Check in at the Karst Stage counter in Ground Transportation immediately (before claiming your luggage) upon arrival at the airport if you don't locate our driver. You will be issued a return ticket when you check-in with your pick-up date, time and location. Big Sky is 53 miles from the airport and the drive will take approximately one hour and fifteen-minutes.
