Disability and Accessibility Information

The San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter Hotel is ADA accessible.  All of the meeting space is located on the same floor of the hotel.  The Welcome Event is located off-site within 2 blocks of the hotel.  Transportation for those needing it will be offered to the Welcome Event. More information will be available closer to the Annual Session. 

Some members may need to rent a manual wheelchair or electric scooter.  Members will need to make their own arrangements to rent equipment in advance. The following company has been suggested by the hotel as a resource in San Antonio. Equipment is not available onsite.
