Shipping Materials to the Conference?


The Snowbird Resort asks that your boxes do not arrive more than 3 days prior to the start of the conference. Please keep in mind that the resort does not receive mail or shipments over the weekend. A storage fee may be applied to boxes arriving more than 3 days prior to arrival. 

If it’s being shipped for the conference, we recommend that attendees and presenters ship directly to the hotel. Exhibitors should send shipments through Modern Display Services, unless minimal shipping is required, then Exhibitors may ship directly to the hotel.

Return Shipments

The Client will be responsible for box sealing and labeling all return shipments. Snowbird will be happy to assist you with labels and tape; charges may apply for material/s. Snowbird’s Facilities Department will assist with delivering items to the shipping and receiving dock for scheduled pick-ups. Please be sure that all old labels have been removed or blacked out to limit any uncertainty.
