2022 Annual Session Special Events

Welcome Event

We would like to invite you to join us for a little southern hospitality to kickoff our 2022 Annual Session! Local fare and treats will be available for your enjoyment including ice cream from our very own NC State University’s Howling Cow Creamery. As you grub and reconnect, enjoy the selections and sounds of DJ Mike Wawa. You can expect great food, music, and company as we show you how we ‘get down’ down south!

The Welcome Event ticket is included in the full registration package.  You can also purchase a separate ticket to the Welcome Event for guests on the registration form.
