SFHK includes a PowerPoint presentation, an Instructors Playbook, and supporting handouts and resources you can use for either online or in-person classes.  To find out more, visit our website, join a class, take the D2L trainer course or reach out to Kara Lynch @ 989-317-4079 or [email protected]

The 2023 Consumer Food Safety Education Conference (CFSEC) is the place for health, nutrition, and food safety experts to explore how to deliver effective, innovative consumer food safety education during three days of workshops and sessions.
