Are you interested in home canning, especially seafood? We want to hear from you! We’re asking people living in the United States and its territories who are interested in or currently preserving seafood by canning and who are 18 years or older to help us understand their interest in a new seafood canning recipe by completing this 5-10-minute anonymous survey. Your answers will help us develop a new recipe and resource for the National Center for Home Food Preservation.
This project is funded by the NEAFCS Endowment Grant.
