As concerns about mental health and substance use rise in the United States, many organizations want new or expanded education and resources for employee mental health and well-being. To help meet this need, Purdue Extension developed an introductory educational curriculum on mental well-being specific to workplaces called Compassion & Resilience Education at Work (CREW). Curriculum session topics available for virtual or in person delivery include work-life balance, stress management, and stigma reduction. Webinar participants will learn:

1. strategies to conduct a statewide needs assessment that informs curriculum development,
2. the steps to launch the curriculum as a new Extension program,
3. the CREW Curriculum’s initial outcomes,
4. the next steps to make CREW available for nationwide Extension use.
