2021 NEAFCS Annual Session
November 2-5 ~ Grand Rapids, Michigan

Registration is open as of June 30th. 

We are excited to share that the 2021 NEAFCS Annual Session will be held both in-person and virtual.  The in-person conference will be held November 2-5 in Grand Rapids, MI.  At this time, there are no limitations on attendance. To assist members in making plans with individual state and University restrictions still in place due to COVID-19, early-bird registration will be extended through October 1, 2021.   The virtual aspect is still being finalized, however, we plan to offer all concurrent sessions and ignite presentations via on-demand recordings, images of poster presentations, potential on-demand recording of the Opening General Session, live access to the Affiliate Officer Meetings and Committee Plans of Work Meetings, as well as discussion forums following the in-person event for continued conversations for all participants.  Both the in-person and virtual meetings are still being developed and offsite tours will ultimately be determined by registration.  

We ask all members to assist NEAFCS in planning for the Annual Session by:         

  • completing your registration as soon as you have finalized your plans (do not wait till the last minute), and
  • reserving your hotel room as soon as you have finalized your plans.  Please do not HOLD extra rooms at the hotel if you are unsure of your plans as this time.

NEAFCS and the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel are working diligently to plan for a safe experience for all Annual Session attendees in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities.  Prior to the meeting, NEAFCS staff will share all event and hotel safety plans with attendees so everyone will know what is expected prior to arrival. We are looking forward to a great event!
